Between the 8th and 9th of March 2016 the Farmers Association from the Cristuru Secuiesc Area organized an Advance Planning Visit in Cristuru Secuiesc to plan and prepare the Youth Exchange called Leading Our Communities to Appreciate Local Products (L.O.C.A.L. Products). This project is funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ program.
During the APV, the group leaders from Spain, Italy, Slovenia, Hungary and Romania met and planned the daily activities of the exchange. They also visited most of the venues where the exchange takes place (activity rooms, the accommodation, the local market, a local producer, etc.), discussed the way to prepare the selected participants, clarified the financial aspects and agreed on the local product we will make during the youth exchange. Finally, the Italian team showed us how their own local product, a light beer is made.
As a result of this successful advance planning visit both the organizers and the partners feel ready to doing the preparations and implementing the youth exchange without issues.
